Prayer for Deeper Faith
Prayer Journal - Monday 2/2/26
In today's Exodus reading, I am comforted by God's provision for His people, although they easily forgot His presence and seemed to constantly grumble! The Lord still provided manna and meat for them each day and enough on the sixth day so they could rest on the sabbath... all this for forty years!
What an incredible practice of faith.
Dear Lord God, please help me to be aware of Your Holy presence in my life and not slip into grumbling or complaining. Help me to keep joy and gratitude in my heart. Thank You for the many and abundant blessings in my life, especially the joy from my family. Help me to remember that You have always and will continue to provide everything I need and all my family needs each day. Please help me to live and practice deeper and stronger faith in You and trust in Your provision. Help me always remember to pray.
Help me to be a better wife, mother, and friend. Please guide all my ways, please give me wisdom and discernment. Please continue to speak to my heart and allow me to seek Your face. Please be near to me and give me courage and discipline do the things I am meant to do each day. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
